Since all of us have endless “To do” items with limited time I decided to include a helpful book on creating systems for productive habits. I’ve been working my way through
Atomic Habits
, and I hope you’ll enjoy it, too.

1. Are carcinogens direct mutagens?
News & Views
Nuria Lopez-Bigas & Abel Gonzalez-Perez: In a classical view of carcinogenesis, carcinogens directly cause mutations. In this issue, Riva et al. explore the effects of 20 known or suspected human carcinogens and find discernible mutational signatures for only three of them.
Atomic Habits:
An Easy & Proven Way to Build Good Habits & Break Bad Ones
James Clear: "If you're having trouble changing your habits, the problem isn't you. The problem is your system. Bad habits repeat themselves again and again not because you don't want to change, but because you have the wrong system for change. You do not rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems. Here, you'll get a proven system that can take you to new heights."
I’ve written a bit about applying this atomic concept in my personal blog, here.
